Proof of Identification
One of the following valid documents:
- South African ID book or smart ID card
- Valid passport for foreign nationals
- Temporary ID certificate with photo
- Refugee document with photo identification
Proof of Residence
One of the following documents (not older than 3 months):
- Utility bill (water, electricity, municipal rates)
- Bank statement showing physical address
- Lease or rental agreement
- Insurance policy document
- SARS tax return or official correspondence
